We had a fantastic time at this hotel in the mountains! The Japanese-style rooms were spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The view of the forest from our room was enchanting, adding a poetic touch to our stay. The onsen, especially the outdoor bath, was simply amazing, providing a clean and welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The staff, particularly the dining staff, were incredibly friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place to all our friends.

My room was spacious and clean, with tasteful decoration and comfortable amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. the buffet breakfast offered an extensive range of options to suit all dietary needs. the hotel had multiple activities to partake in such as hiking and biking trails, and the option to rent a bike.
The hotel was lacking in terms of its hot spring hours and check-out time.

We enjoyed our stay on the mountains with a beautiful view of the forest. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including the amazing onsen with an outdoor bath which was very clean and welcoming. Parking was easy to use and we could take the shuttle bus to Togendai station for sightseeing cruise at the nearby lake. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff made us feel at home, despite their limited English.
Nothing could have been better.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel in beautiful Hakone. The staff went out of their way to ensure a clean and safe environment, with alcohol spray available throughout the hotel. The outdoor onsen was amazing, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing mountain getaway.

Had a romantic escape at a hotel in Kanagawa prefecture. Loved the traditional Japanese touches in the spacious room. the Onsen was a delight, especially the outdoor one. the hotel's location was peaceful and beautiful.
The checkout time of 10am is way too early, it felt rushed and put a damper on our getaway. the hot spring hours were limited.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel nestled in the mountains of Hakone. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, even though they spoke little English. The traditional Japanese rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The onsen was definitely the highlight of my trip, with both indoor and outdoor baths available to guests. the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Togendai station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and take a boat tour of the lake.
They more than made up for it with their kindness and willingness to help. Another issue was the limited dinner options, as most places in the area close around 5pm.
